Gamesmanship and Hypocritical Aspects of the Climate Leadership & Community Protection Act

This page documents games played to support the narrative and hypocritical instances of New York environmental policy. There are glaring inconsistencies with New York guidance and analysis with all other jurisdictions necessary to push the narrative of the Climate Act. If prior environmental application permitting decisions were applied to aspects of the Climate Act implementation programs, then they should be rejected. Needless to say, the prior decisions are ignored.
